Who we are

Elemental Audit publishes independent, sourced analysis of supplements and health claims. Contact us at hello@elementalaudit.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into the form on this site.
• Basic delivery data handled by our email provider — whether a message was delivered, opened, or a link was clicked. We use this to see which audits are useful.

We do not ask for your name, health information, or payment details, and this site has no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We process your email address on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. We use it to send the guide you requested and our ongoing audits. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing it doesn't affect anything sent beforehand.

Who else handles it

• Kit (kit.com) — our email provider, stores the list and sends the emails.
• Netlify — hosts this page and, like any web host, processes server logs including IP addresses for security and reliability.

Both act as processors on our instructions. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or after three years of no opens or clicks — whichever comes first. Unsubscribing removes you from future sends; we keep a minimal suppression record so we don't accidentally email you again.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email hello@elementalaudit.com and we'll act within one month. The fastest route for most people is the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email. If you think we've handled your data badly you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Following a link to Instagram or another site takes you into that company's own privacy terms, not ours.

Affiliate links and health content

Some links we publish are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you buy through them. This never changes the grade we give a product. Everything we publish is educational and is not medical advice — speak to a doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement.

If we change how we handle your data we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
